Irving Kristol, Gertrude Himmelfarb, Donald Kagan, Norman Podhoretz, Midge Decter, Daniel Bell, Alexander Bickel, Sidney Hook, Daniel Patrick Moynihan, Jeanne Kirkpatrick and other giants of their generation. Most are gone now but they have left a stronger movement and a great legacy behind and they understood foreign and social policy far better than airhead hereditary Republican trust fund babies like James Baker, Upchuck Percy (actually a hand-chosen but windtunnel poor kid funded by the Rockefellers), anything named Romney, Muffy at the yacht club, Skipper at the polo club, the Junior League generally, and the delusional Troofers, Libertoonians and Holocaust deniers of the El Run Paulie "movement."

BTW, in nearly fifty years of conservative activism, I have yet to meet a single conservative who admired rather than despised Woodrow Wilson. When I read statements from the Ron Paul drones, they are all over the map, some say he is Conservative, some like you say he is a Libertarian. I say he is neither.
