Alert readers have reported that their flight, United Airlines 3681, from St. Louis to Washington Dulles had to make an emergency return to the gate as it prepared for take-off. According to local officials, it was found that two men who had boarded the plane as federal air marshals didnt have the proper credentials. Passengers were deplaned, all luggage was removed and re-scanned. All passengers were also re-screened. Passengers are now in the process of re-boarding. There is no word on the two air marshals.
BigGovernment has contacted security officials in St. Louis. We will report back what we hear. Interestingly, we understand that Oliver North is on the flight, as well.
An interview with one of the passengers is below:

It's common knowledge among Americans that impersonating a police officer is not taken lightly not to mention falsely claiming you're air marshals. on a flight.
They are either the BIGGEST American morons of the nation or they are foreigners ignorant of such laws and up to no good. I'd bet on the latter.
Too much Trading Places for you!
Well, actually - According to local officials, it was found allegedly claimed that two men who had boarded the plane as federal air marshals didnt have the proper credentials.
There has been no other information that would confirm this rather bizarre story. Of course, the report nowhere describes who the (allegedly two) men were if they weren't 'federal air marshals.' Were their IDs expired? Were they former federal air marshals looking for a free ride? Were the IDs forged? Were they carrying weapons? And just who are those "local officials"? Since when do "local officials" report on allegedly phony federal air marshals removed from airpanes? Isn't that the jurisdiction of TSA or real air marshals or the FBI or someone other than the city constable? And if this "story" was what the passengers were told by the airline crew... it's probably as believable as the fairy tales they were read as children?
One of them seems to have been three young gay blades.
Should you be posting that tidbit of info on the internet? It may not be top secret, yet it is not common knowledge, and might be useful to some bad people.
Ron Meyer is the passenger who reported this incident (St. Louis to Washington flight). Have found nothing else to this point.
Do not know at this point. Am seeing some posts from 19 hours ago, stating same as this incident with some of the same information including flight number. Not certain what is taking place ... still unknown.
Cannot trust the link from 19 hours ago. Not posting here.
All Federal law enforcement officers must be in compliance with 14 CFR Part 108 of the Federal Aviation Regulations. These governing regulations place certain restrictions on both airlines and federal law enforcement officials. Under these regulations, law enforcement officers in official travel status who are required to report armed and immediately ready for duty are permitted to travel armed (weapon in their immediate control) on board a commercial aircraft. These are additional qualifying conditions for flying armed, including: agency firearms authorization based upon arrest authority, completion of a certified training course covering Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) guidelines and alcohol abstinence. Additionally, you must present proper credentials and complete required airline forms.

Doesn’t say a thing about when they board or how they conduct themselves when they do. That is what I was referring to.
Nothing else found. No confirmation of incident. Maybe best give this one up ... can find no confirmation.

They fill out the forms and present credentials at the check-in counter. They also have to present their credentials to the flight crew (who should be expecting them after getting a call from their own company reps who have the paperwork.)
She’s just awesome. /s
I wouldn’t think it would be testing on this particular day. More like failures.
