Activists tell The Daily Caller that The Walt Disney Company is refusing to re-air a 9/11-related docudrama, effectively burying politically inconvenient facts about the events which led to the 9/11 terror attacks, in order to protect the political future of Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
“The Path to 9/11,” first aired on ABC in 2006, portrayed President Bill Clinton’s administration as ignoring warnings and signs that Osama bin Laden and al Qaida were planning a major attack on the United States — a finding supported by The 9/11 Commission Report. But since 2006 Disney CEO Bob Iger has repeatedly refused to rebroadcast it, or to sell the rights to other broadcasters.

Since DaMouse won’t re-air or sell the rights, you won’t find any DVDs at the store. All you will find are copies that folks made when it aired. Which takes us down the slippery slope of ™ issues. Does their desire to kiss up override our desire to know?

I remember that! She was shaking her head in denial as GW Bush was addressing the nation. I thought at the moment that her world was crashing down because GW Bush would be the man in the spotlight and she would not have her day in the sun. Reflecting back, I wonder if she knew that her husband had the screwed up the opportunity to get Bin Laden. Probably.
A bias free capitalist would say show it or sell it and harvest some offset to the cost basis. Well, Walt Disney Company, what are you, a man or a mouse? It appears that we can guess that answer and given your founder's known views he would not be happy!

I also remember the memorial service at Yankee Stadium. There was one shot of Sen. Schumer and Sen. Clinton. Clinton had this petulant child look of “I just have to sit through this thing, I am so bored.” Schumer in comparison looked human and decent. But then the former was a carpetbagger, and the latter, well, maybe things hit a little too close to home, and that stopped his nastiness for a while. The senior senator though eventually returned to being Upchuck da Schmuck.
