Working in a kitchen, as in a restaurant, can be hard work and can require considerable skill. I don't think he is qualified.
I'd say busboy, maybe, but that would also be an insult to many of those hardworking folks, too.
Apologies...Now that you mention it, I think back to my early 1964 days of actually carrying up 100lb bags of Idaho potatoes from the McDonalds basement and actually putting them in the rotopavement peeler they had then and squeezing every one through the hand cutter, and then blanching every batch, I now realize he’s to big of a (fill it in here, you all know what I mean), to be able to do any of it.....again, my apologies to kitchen workers everywhere.
