That is incorrect and since you posted the Texas-v-White case (which wasn't about secession) then you should know that.

I didn’t say it was, I said you have to climb over it.

There is no path for ANY State to secede and Texas (if they ever had any rights to) lost them at the end of the CW.

Yes the Constitution does have a provision but the is NO path for it, it would take years maybe decades to establish one.
