Obama, the spammer-in-chief, strikes again after jobs speech
washington post ^ | 9/9/2011 | David Nakamura

The spammer-in-chief was back last night.

President Obama, whose official campaign Twitter account blasted out 100 messages in a single afternoon in late July, did it again Thursday night.

Only this time it was the official White House press office e-mail account that lit-up inboxes.

After the president’s jobs speech before Congress Thursday night, his staff sent out 39 e-mails to reporters, each declaring that yet another Obama ally “backs the American Jobs Act,” as the subject lines boasted.

The e-mails came within a 1-hour, 5-minute period between 8:32 p.m. and 9:37 p.m. That’s an average of one every minute and 40 seconds.

In all, Obama’s spoke 4,132 words in his 32-minute address. The number of words spoken by the various supporters quoted in the e-mails: 7,165.

The messages included supportive comments from 10 senators, four House representatives, four governors and four mayors. Chief executives of Fortune 500 companies weighed in, as did union leaders.

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) was apparently so enthusiastic about Obama’s jobs plan that the White House sent out her supportive comment twice — in one e-mail, she was identified as Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi, though in the other she was downgraded to mere Representative Pelosi.

Teamsters President Jimmy Hoffa, who got into some hot water with the tea party for divisive comments he made at a Detroit labor rally on Monday, was suddenly preaching unity in the e-mail from the White House.

This entire, sordid affair is so phony.

I would be high comedy if it were not so tragic, with "Amateur Hour" in the White House.

One the one hand, you have the "Super Committee" looking to destroy thousands of good, high paying, quality jobs almost over night.

I heard the Dept of Defense may have to lay off 40,000 experienced, educated, and dedicated civilians within the next 2 months.

Meanwhile, President Obama and the Democrats want to pi$$ away yet another half a Trillion dollars to create 1,100 "shovel ready" make work jobs for the union thugs.

Am I the only one in America who thinks this is insane?

"Jobs plan? What jobs plan? We don’t need no stinking jobs plan!"

America needs WEALTH CREATION something government and the leftists can do nothing about except GET OUT OF THE WAY. Liberated from recession/depression-causing government interference and siphoning, the FREE MARKET and ONLY the FREE MARKET, can create wealth.

WEALTH is the issue not “jobs.” Wealth creates jobs not the other way around. Wealth is created by the free flow of supply and demand in the marketplace which spawns ideas, innovation, research, and development which creates and expands opportunities for growth which necessitates employment of more and more people to get the job done, thus expanding the economy and creating more WEALTH among more people. Government has nothing to do with this process except GET OUT OF THE WAY.

“Am I the only one in America who thinks this is insane? “

No, but Obama has the complexion and the connections that allow him to avoid objective inspection.

Really, this country is through. Look at the Republican party that should be opposition going along with these games and taking part in the destruction this punk has brought on us. They let him go on, no questions asked and what exactly was that “speech” last night but his typical grandstanding and they actually showed up for this pathetic display. Reality needs to set in with people in how far we are gone.

If this is straight forward coverage of the Hussein campaign spew aftermath, coming from the Washington COMPOST, then Hussein’s ramblefest was a big blunder.

Bull. The Republican party isn’t .the problem. They know Hussein is being TUNED OUT by most Americans now.

Why should they stand in the way when Hussein is creating his own demise?

Did you hear about the focus group on Fox last night? I didn’t, but testimony from fellow Freepers said that EVEN the Obama voters were unimpressed.

And the number of words spoken by critics of Obama? Billions upon billions. It's truly a wonder they could even find such a small number of enthusiastic emails.

Obama is indeed politically insane, he is repeating mistakes over and over hoping for success, he failed before and again he failed.

And he will fail yet again.

America is boycotting YOU Obama, we have our hands on the switch, We The People are the ones who have the power to create jobs.

And we decided that regardless of who or how many the sacrifices must be made in order to bring you down.
We are the fire that no matter how much water you try to flood us with we will only burn more.

I heard nothing but a rehash of his old campaign speeches. The jobs his plan will create are in the construction industry, therefore they are temporary. When the project is complete the jobs vanish.
From what I’ve heard many employers are hesitant to expand or hire because they don’t know what the future holds. How high will their taxes be? How much will 0bamacare cost them? What about more regulations?

Except more than half the people in Hussein’s audiences don’t buy his schtick. The kooks like Debbie Wassersuck Schmuck are the ones praising Hussein.

“The function of a Parliament or a Congress is for Hegelians, psychology. Merely to allow individuals to feel that their opinions have some value, and to allow a government to take advantage of whatever wisdom the ‘peasant’ may accidentally demonstrate.”

That is from this article which explains it all in the context of world events since about 1900:
