Great idea to call a joint session of Congress to listen to the teleprompter in chief prattle on. Even better idea to call it right around 9/11 so the bad guys can have a nice juicy target to aim for. Both Houses of Congress, the President, some assorted generals and corporate big wigs all wiped out because the fool Obama couldn’t do some sort of fireside chat.

Not going to say it will happen, the odds are VERY small, but if the bad guys were ever going to make a statement, tonight would be a much better option than waiting till Sunday.

Why would the terrorists want to take out the current government, which is doing far, far more to utterly destroy this country than Osama ever imagined in his wildest dreams?

It does present a huge target. Unknown whether AQ could pull something that big off after 10 years of drone hits and leadership desimated.

Let’s assume they can and keep bombing the hell out of them.

Especially while the I-95 corridor of the northeast is still reeling from an earthquake and two epic floods.
