They are? Oh, my goodness, they use the same science here in Virginia they use there.

Here's the problem ~ none of the perps are complaining about it. They know who they are. There are some outsiders want us to just turn these guys loose.

Alas, many mad dog killers are so dangerous that they can't even be imprisoned. They will eventually kill again ~ a visitor, another prisoner, a guard, a nurse, a doctor, a warden, ..... they will kill.

There's only one solution.

BTW, that crazy old coot used to be the DNC Chairman ~ former Governor of Vermont? Good old what's his name. I saw him discussing the death penalty. He had been against it. He became Governor and found that it had to be used.

His conclusion was you can execute a mad dog killer you know well, or you can leave him alive and end up executing some innocent person you don't know at all.

No, I don’t think anywhere uses the same science as Joseph Chu, a once-notorious scientist at the defunct, discredited Houston Crime Lab. At least 7,000 untested rape kits dating back to the 90’s have been found since it was shut down (for the second time) in 2006. Dallas is at least making an effort...22 exonerations since the new DA took office, I believe.
