It is also a mystery to me why Ann is so hard on Sarah Palin. Maybe she does not want Sarah to split the vote and allow someone get nominated that she does not want. I can only guess.

If she's worried about splitting the vote, then she should get behind Sarah and push with all her might, but that's not what she's doing. She's undermining her, when she could be helping to ensure Sarah's victory, by convincing some doubters out there to give Sarah a closer look.

Instead, she's repeatedly championed Chris Christie for president, although he's got far less chance of becoming the nominee, or of beating Obama. Why?

“It is also a mystery to me why Ann is so hard on Sarah Palin.”

I don’t think there’s any high-minded or well-thought-out reason. It’s the oldest reason on earth to attack someone: Simple jealousy. Sarah is prettier, has a good husband and family, is a better shot, has succeeded in her career on many different levels (as opposed to one), more people stand in line at book signings, etc.... How could Ann not hate her, being as self absorbed as she is?

I made my “Palin 2012” shirt two years ago, and wear it often.
