Plus, Perry has been headlining Tea Party events for two years while still serving as governor of Texas. I can’t say the same about a certain lady who quit her job and now is running around the country purporting to be the leader of the Tea Party Express.

Regarding my posts about Tea Party Rally origin, my comments had nothing to do with Perry or Palin!

So my question to you is why do you feel the need to
1. Promote Perry when my post is about Tea Party Rallys.
2. More importantly why do you feel it necessary to take a swipe at Palin—my comments and this thread had nothing to do with her?

Great if he headlined Tea Parties...I don’t know anything about that ...will add that to my fact checking and candidate research.

I don’t think she is purporting to be the leader of the Tea Party Express...do you have a link for that claim because I think she actually said just the opposite that no one is the leader of the Tea Party....

***Yes, I am trying to actually LEARN ABOUT CANDIDATES on FR. Imagine that—trying to learn where candidates stand so I might have an idea of how they would govern. Frankly I am finding the rabidness of some Freepers in support of their particular candidate very disappointing. This is the time for vetting—it is not the general election...we are months away from the Primaries—it is time to debate the candidates.

I respectfully suggest you show a little respect for those of us who have been here a long time, have gone thru this a time or two, and are trying to learn about the candidates before we make up our minds :(
