What Obozo really wants is to create a 2012 campaign theme - "See I could have fixed this horrible economy that GWB left me with, but the Tea Party forced the House into a bipartisanship fight and refused me my TRILLION dollar job plan because of my skin color. Obama already tried stimulating the economy by borrowing trillions to create jobs. It didn't work because he didn't fix the problems, and getting us into debt for another trillion isn't going to fix the problems, either.
