The original thread which got pulled due to a dud link had a keyword "terrorists" I think.
But I haven't seen anything to indicate that; even though FReeper Jeff Head included something very like it in his Dragon's Fury series.

I was talking about breaking out the bulldozers and tankers both truck and air and anything else.
Though I’m not there, it seems like this stuff has gone on long enough and I can’t help but feel the Obama administration is once again ignoring a dire situation because of politics.
