NH SB 88 Sponsor Reacts to Governor's Attack on Second Amendment

CONCORD – Rep. Al Baldasaro today released the following in reaction to the Governor’s statement attacking SB 88, which ensures the right for New Hampshire citizens to defend themselves. Baldasaro is a sponsor of the legislation.

“Gov. Lynch has placed special interests ahead of protecting ourselves and our families. People should have their constitutional right to protect themselves. New Hampshire citizens should not have to run and hide when their lives are being threatened.”

SB 88, the New Hampshire castle doctrine law, passed the legislature with over 3/4 votes in both houses. It should be easy to override the Democrat governor's veto.
