Also,,, there will be a mandated paint scheme that will be color coded by the state you are registered in. Of course, the pilot will have to pass a TSA check before walking out to his own Cub. If I’m not mistaken it was commercial aviation, i.e. commercial airliners that were involved in 9/11 - what happened? They grounded GA for months but permitted commercial to keep flying.

OK folks, where are several million Americans congregated on weekends in the fall? Football stadiums, right?

A dozen or more private jets flying into the crowd at the worst angle, would probably exceed the 9/11 casualty rate.

Small aircraft including crop dusters cannot carry enough weight and are too easily traced. I do not know of single case or attempted use of light aircraft in terrorist activity. It just isn't practical or efficient.

Terrorist prefer suitcase bombs, suicide bombers, car bombs and truck bombs for a reason.
