So declare your candidacy and take your place in the debates already, Sarah. She just rolled out her plan to get this nation back on track, and tore the permanent political class and her rivals a new one. She's elevated herself far above mere declaration and stage squabbling.
That said, she'll do both in the near future. Bet on it.
