Two days before Sarah Palin’s much anticipated, on, off, and on again Iowa speech, details are emerging about what the former Alaska governor will say.
A source close to Palin told ABC News that she’ll offer a “full throated defense of the tea party.”
“Regardless of what she decides to do, this rally is for the tea party to kick off this campaign,” the source said, “this” being the 2012 presidential campaign.
ABC News has also learned that Palin’s speech will reference themes from an Aug. 8 Facebook post called “Conquering the Storm.” It discusses the Standard & Poor’s downgrade of the nation’s credit rating and her solutions to the country’s financial woes.

It says that they’re quoting a source close to Palin. So, the question is, whether or not it’s the source’s exact words.
Does anyone know if this speech will be televised and if so, what time on Saturday? I won’t be home so I have to set my DVR.

CSPAN is carrying it, so will Fox, CNN and most likely CBS.....there will also be streaming online.....there will be videos available online afterwards. I’m sure about 4pm eastern Saturday, you’ll be able to find it on any conservative site

So are we expecting a big announcement from Sarah? Jim Robinson, what say you? What are folks hearing out there? Any more hints? I admit the tiff with O’Donnell really stunk.

If she doesn’t announce here, then I don’t think she’s going to be running.
The Tea Party does not need any full-throated “defenses”; we are RIGHT and we are the last, best hope for America.
Nonetheless, God bless Sarah.
I would not expect a formal announcement here, as this event is run by a Perry supporter. She should drop some hints about her plans, however.

The treatment of Christine O’Donnell was despicable. We treat the cat better.
Christine O’Donnell has jumped the shark too many times for many folks(including me). She is a great voice for conservatism, yet she keeps doing very bizarre things. Not good.
and you can tell Fox news and Billy O that If Palin gets in no one will unseat her......Michele Bachmann is a nice lady, but she is no Sarah Palin.
ZZZZZZzzzzzzz she ain’t running.
