Hmmm ... maybe that civilian force to be equally financed and 'equipped' is ready to just .. take out .. a couple of million or so.
THAT would lessen the job to worker unbalance a bit, don'cha' think ?

Setups up the campaign meme, when his jobs program is laughed out of Congress, that it’s their fault that unemployment isn’t under 8%.

“In 2009, the White House said President Obama’s stimulus plan would bring unemployment to below 8%.”
Revisionist history....the white house said porkulus would PREVENT unemployment from going above 8 percent. When porkulus was introduced, unemployment was 7.6%.....no need to BRING IT BELOW anything.
Just a few words re-writes history.

As always, they can trot out a gaggle of Liberal "experts" testifying to how socialist practices produce results....not ones we want, but RESULTS (look at the "results" in the economy today, from the Progressive Agenda)
I guarantee that the "Fresh New Idea" involves Taxpayer funding of Union Labor, Minorities, and PUBLIC EMPLOYEES being added.....coupled with "tax the Rich" and "close corporate loopholes", yadda, yadda, yadda....
Oops, forgot to mention the "World Infrastructure Bank" to be established, to funnel MORE taxpayer indebtedness to Banking Interests, worldwide.
