Looks like the *engine of innovation* and most other aspects of our economy are at a stand still. WTH is anyone else doing to stimulate the economy?

At least this program has induced companies to hire ‘some” people and small support business will follow.

Texas has "Small Business Development Centers" throughout the state designed to assist small business developement/startup. I don't know the number of jobs created in their efforts.
