The Palin source said O'Donnell's representatives misled the tea party group about the extent of the governor's relationship with O'Donnell.
O'Donnell's representatives told event organizers that she would be in Iowa on the date of the rally and would like to come by and "say hi" to Palin, the source said. O'Donnell was then added to the speaking agenda.
The source told CNN that O'Donnell aides lied to organizers and said Palin had been communicating via text message with O'Donnell about the rally.
"The governor hasn't spoken to her in a year," the Palin source said of O'Donnell

Iowa Ruckus Exclusive: Palin Will Not Run For President(?)
Crow...told me he wanted to meet with the Texas Governor and perhaps endorse him in the near future.
I love Sarah Palin, Crow told me, but I know for a fact she aint gonna run.
For the record...I don't think Palin has done anything wrong here. It seems to be a mess largely created by the events people (Crow) and O'Donnell.
I had forgotten about that, but I was livid at the time. Thanks for reminding us.
(Full disclosure: I was for COD before I was against her. Guess the "cute witch" must've cast a spell on me.)
I’ll be 100% in time for Tampa, Florida and our TEA PARTY EXPRESS/cnn GOP DEBATE, you betcha!
Gosh darn it, Governor Palin, I sure hope you’re *IN* by then, but in the long run, it won’t much matter.
I’ll still be solidly for GOVERNOR SARAH PALIN!
Politics can make for strange alliances. That said she has helped shake things up in the Delaware GOP, which needed to happen.
Who the heck’s this “O’Donnell” person?....and who cares what they think?
Just askin’.....
I remember back when COD was campaigning for 2010, she kept telling interviewer that she wanted/expected Palin’s endorsement. I didn’t keep the references, but remember at least 4 occasions. Palin finely gave a carefully worded endorsement; something like ‘she is the more conservative of the two candidates’. O’Donnell wasn’t content with that. She proceeded to try and egg Palin into campaigning for her, then whined about it when she didn’t. I was initially sort of impressed with COD’s rhetoric, but soon her actions validated what the title of her book indicates: ‘Troublemaker’.
Some idiots get a microphone shoved in their face and suddenly imagine themselves brilliant. Al Sharpton somehow got a full-time job...
Right, alsharpton at PMS LSDnbc. Good fit, huh?
>> “Crow is a Palin supporter” <<
.
Quit repeating that lie!
Crow is a self-admitted Perry-bot.
Show a quote or STFU!
I linked to the actual article.
“The governor hasn't spoken to her in a year,” the Palin source said of O'Donnell.
Tesas con man is conning us.
Crow is a Perry-bot.
That was said by Palin a year after this so called misogynist fiasco. Why would Palin do that for such a RINO POS woman hater?
Your narrative doesn't jive with Palins actions.
“Crow is a Palin supporter.”
Absolutely false and you know it. You are developing a reputation for posting falsehoods on this site.
From the Iowa Republican:
“I recognized Crows voice because, while attending the Polk County GOP Summer Picnic on Saturday afternoon, I had been approached by Crow who was hoping to arrange a meeting with Texas Governor Rick Perry, a presidential candidate and one of the speakers at the event. Now, in the interest of full disclosure, I was at the event as a Perry volunteer, signing people up to receive additional information about the candidate. Crow, apparently not realizing that I was a nobody who has never even met Perry, let alone someone who has any sway whatsoever with his campaign (in fact, Ive not endorsed any candidate and I was simply there as a favor to a friend), told me he wanted to meet with the Texas Governor and perhaps endorse him in the near future.”

Crow is a Perry partisan and he was trying to set Palin up with his shenanigans. Typical GOP Establishment dirty tricks.
Perry had best be prepared for hard landing when Palin gets in next month.
Meanwhile we will just keep exposing his record of corruption in Texas, exploding state spending, open borders advocacy, Sharia friendly school curricula and mandates (gardasil, Hillarycare...). Perry is the worst candidate for the GOP nomination, bar none. Worse even than Romney.
>> “As the Tea Party movement matures one could hope that people in high visibility positions will learn to just keep their mouths shut.” <<
.
The problem is that they’re all self-promotors, and don’t give a damn about what the TEA party movement stands for.
We got a dose of it at the TPX kick-off rally saturday in Napa. A speaker was pushing RINO candidates, and most of the crowd was not buying, except for a small organized knot of Cain supporters.
