Speaker John Boehner has rejected Obama’s request to address a joint session of Congress on September 7th to discuss his jobs plan. Boehner has asked that Obama consider the following night instead.
According to Politico, Boehner said in a letter to Obama that Sept. 8th would be better “so we can ensure there will be no parliamentary or logistical impediments that might detract from your remarks.”
It is important to note that on September 7, the GOP Presidential candidates will have a debate that is sponsored by NBC and Politico that will air on MSNBC. NBC and Politico announced earlier today that they would air the debate and not show the address to Congress.
Translation: NO SOUP FOR YOU, LOSER!!!
More lies: White House now claiming Boehner previously approved the September 7 date, raised no objection.

Our Narcissist-in-chief can’t deal in any way with being the most obvious failure of a President we’ve ever had. Honestly, the guy makes Bill Clinton look humble.
The White House liars said that they consulted congress to set the date.
Truthfully I can’t stomach any of these politicians as they all have proven (D/R) they will do anything including selling out their grandmother and grandchildren to get reelected, and so they help their cronies get richer.
We need either term limits of 6 years (one President, 3 Congress, one Senator)which means they will be gone before we actually get sick of them on TV or right of recall. They have all perfected the art of saying this but meaning that and pocketing the difference.
Few if any actually wake up in the morning saying I want to make this a better country. Instead they get up in the morning saying, who can I help that will get me more money to get me reelected? It is about them when it should be about us.
Obama is BS and so are most of the Repubs. Illegal immigration proves that point. The pol should be paid (or not paid) based upon how much debt we have increased, our unemployment statistic, and the increase in median income of Americans. The priority should be on the latter. It is proven that the more income we make, the better off the USA is.
