So long as Obama acts as a standard bearer of liberalism, his actions will be seen as legal by his supporters. Because their law is not written, and their respects for laws that are written runs only so far as if they agree with what liberals feel to be true.

Liberals have always thought themselves above the law, but my concern this time around is that they are going much farther and suspend the law completely, i.e., 2012 national election. Mark my word, this crew has sufficient a grip on the government already to motivate it to go for broke this time. There does not appear to be anyone including the congress, military, law enforcement or the judiciary to stand them down. Notice Issa’s inability to get traction on Fast and Furious. Nothing significant is going to happen there because Holder and his army of minions are maintaining the ‘fire wall.’
