Shot placement, and permanent solution, in my opinion enough said. Spray them once with mace or something, they’ll come back with lethal weapons and create more victims, better to just deal with it.
I’m thinking more of a singular instance. They get sprayed and run, you run off as well. How many of these people are involved in a mob attack?
