I would be fascinated to read Barnett's take on issues of enumeration, as well as (what I believe to be) the abuse of the Necessary and Proper Clause. I remain fascinated by issues of Constitutional law, even though I went to law school some 30 years ago and do not practice. I chose a career in the business world instead, driven partly by a repulsion to the Marxists who controlled my school's agenda, and to be honest, a lack of discipline in my youth.
