Can someone please explain to me why we even take the time to pass laws anymore? We pass and the judges overturn. Maybe we should just disolve all legislatures and let the judges to the work. Look at the savings we could realize. /sar

That’s not far fetched. We live under more regs from unelected agencies and judge made “law” than those from Congress, to which we the people granted some legislative powers.
