When are we going to get a Governor that has the BALLS to tell the FEDs to GFYS and ignore their ruling?
Kind of over the top there aren't you? The stay just came out a few hours ago...governor hasn't had a chance to comment, and wouldn't be appropriate for him to take a confrontational stand until after the final ruling comes down.
From the way your comment was worded I assumed you were from Alabama. Much to my surprise you are from Taxachusetts. Go rail at your own governor and give ours a chance to do his job...after all he DID sign the bill into law.

I wish for a change, that a single Repub governor, would flat out declare a judicial ruling against them, to be null & void, and to sign it doubly into effect as an executive order. And just watch the RATs howl in outrage! And what is the federal judge gonna do with this type of response from a Repub governor who would do this? Hit 'em with a gavel? I think Repub governors need to openly challenge & declare null & void, federal judicial rulings against state laws. Draw the line in the sand! How many armies does this federal judge command?
