Here we go again....
Wow, they aren’t even bothering to fake a birth certificate anymore.
Uh oh! Vattel would not be happy!
We certainly know they did not pursue this role in the last election!
We have a rogue government arrogantly and defiantly operating outside the constraints of the Constitution.
They are no longer even trying to be subtle about it.
“The request put the FEC in the rare role of deciding a large constitutional issue”
I assert that they have NO role in deciding constitutional issues.
The guy is a naturalIZED citizen, he is not eligible. How hard is that to know?
Anything to legitimize the illegal Kenyon in the White House. They are going for a double. Legitimacy for the infiltrator and another pipeline to use tax dollars for it’s campaign against America.
Modus Operandi ... throw it out, discuss it, bury the truth in verbage.
Today voters have a limited role in the election process, because we are not assured that we have candidates that pass the Constitutional requirement. If voters have no voice that is reinforced by the laws in America, then our options have been significantly narrowed, but not our allegiance to the Constitution.
The agency released two draft advisory opinions...
Did they mispell “NO” on them?
I understand that the more “decisions” that are made which can be used to legitimize the usurper, the better for him.
When can we start arresting these people and putting them in chains???? How can they even consider such a request seriously? They do NOT have that authority. Do they?
File and run all you want.
You may not assume the office, if elected, but file and run, sure.
Even the FEC is caving in to the 0bamunists. Not surprising. Just more gutless sycophants without the intestinal fortitude to stand on principle and preserve this grand experiment.
Getting closer to the ultimate reset.
If FEC gets away with it for this guy, there could possibly be another guy who wants to get on all 56 ballots in the States who would benefit.
The agency quickly signaled that it would decide the technicalities of filing requirements while leaving the broader issue of who can run for president to the judicial branch. In an email to Hassan on July 18, the FEC stated that he understood that although the Commission can respond to the questions asked in [his] advisory opinion, the Commission cannot make any determination as to whether [Hassan] can, as a naturalized citizen, serve as President.
Run, raise money, do whatever, dude. But you probably cannot serve.
Read my comments. There’s no there, there.
If a person is born of citizen parents outside of the United States, they are still a citizen at birth. Just like John McCain was born in Panama and is eligible or like Vice-President Charles Curtis was born in the Kansas Territory and was eligible to be President.
I don’t know if Hasan’s parents were citizens or not, but if so, he is eligible since he was a citizen at birth and was not naturalized.
Constitutional requirements to run for president are that the candidate be 35 years or older and be a natural born citizen.
Wonder what part of that the FEC don’t understand?.
