I am reading the town is being washed away. Some guy called fox begging for help he has been stuck in a hotel for hours with 21 people. Emergency Management came on TV and claimed the dam has crested this just after a type b emergency was declared.

I searched. All links state the same thing: POSSIBLE BREACH.

Now, consider the facts:

Gilboa dam is an EARTHEN DAM constructed long ago that could not pass current requirements for a dam of it's size.

I believe that it is classified as a CLASS D (which means it has already been breached) long ago. At least three-four years ago. The CITY has been using this dam ON THE CHEAP by refusing to deal with the potential breach of this old and very weak (considering the volume it holds back) and strengthen it.

In otherwords, money went into the POLITICIANS pockets, instead of DAMBUILDERS pockets.
