All the designs and certifications have already been done. So, restarting the line, while expensive, won't be nearly as much as the development cost.
Drawings will have to be dusted off and supplier contracts renegotiated. But it can be done.
If Perry becomes President, and he still doesn't get the line restarted, then, in reality, he will not be able to blame anyone but himself. So, in a way, he is setting himself up for potential future criticism.
IF you'll listen to the audio of that interview with Laura [which is posted on this thread]...Perry explains...how his top priority is the economy and jobs....however, you can bet straighten out the mess barry has done to our military will be high on that list.
