Regarding your California comment, Perry has been out there hustling these corporations to pack up and move to Texas. I can guarantee you that these CEOs weren't listening to some state rep. They were listening to Perry. Really good job at ignoring the rest of my post: you know, about organic growth of jobs rather than the zero-sum game of taking jobs from the rest of the country.
