A congressman from Ohio had cops grab the cameras of constituents during a town hall meeting. Steve Chabot, a Republican, had cell phones and cameras confiscated in order to prevent an embarrassing Youtube video from making the rounds, according to Carlos Miller, who runs a blog documenting efforts by the state to stifle the First Amendment rights of photographers. Police said the cameras were taken to protect the constituents. A local television station, however, was allowed to videotape the meeting and the brazen move by Chabot and the cops.

We will monitor and record the public actions and speech of politicians, their police and other government employees while regaining our rights against unconstitutional searches/invasions against our homes and private effects. Watch the economy, default process and shrinkage of government. We won’t be forced to buy, and this country will not complete the process of being rendered into something like Europe.

Your demand for a right to video anybody anywhere at any time is much less of a defense of the 4th amendment than is comfortable for anybody.
You will eventually encounter situations where somebody who is not a jackbooted government thug removes your smug grins.
Frankly, the second amendment trumps your secret decoder ring video.

"
Your demand for a right to video anybody anywhere at any time..."
That dishonest accusation is somewhat
hysterical.
"
You will eventually encounter situations where somebody who is not a jackbooted government thug removes your smug grins."
That's mouthy and disrespectable.
"
Frankly, the second amendment trumps your secret decoder ring video."
We American citizens and residents will retain and exercise our Second Amendment rights and also our right to video public political speeches and public actions of government employees. If you would rather continue to speak insidiously for implementing foreign desires in this country, that's your prerogative, thanks to men like me. But Americans shall also rebut your spoken desires, and we'll have no human lords or secret police here.
"Nothing is more essential, than that permanent, inveterate antipathies against particular Nations, and passionate attachments for others, should be excluded...The Nation, which indulges towards another an habitual hatred, or an habitual fondness, is in some degree a slave. It is a slave to its animosity or to its affection, either of which is sufficient to lead it astray from its duty and its interest." --George Washington
"Why, by interweaving our destiny with that of any part of Europe, entangle our peace and prosperity in the toils of European ambition, rivalship, interest, humor or caprice?" --George Washington

Just to update things today a former Afghan President got whacked in an interesting way.
"NY Daily News ^ | 9/20/2011 | Helen Kennedy The former president of Afghanistan - a major figure who was leading peace talks aimed at ending the war - was killed in his home Tuesday by a suicide attacker wearing an exploding turban. Burhanuddin Rabbani died when he hugged his assassin, who triggered the bomb, officials said. The slaying threatened to destroy fragile hopes of ending the Afghan war with a negotiated settlement. Afghan President Hamid Karzai was scheduled to meet with President Obama at the Waldorf Hotel and address the United Nations General Assembly. There was some confusion about his whereabouts......"
This is another reason we will be making you people take off your hats, turbans, earmuffs and videocamera glasses in the future.
If you could put a stop to the needless killings maybe you'd get to video whoever you want, and even wear a turban!(Bwahahahahaha).
