Good result, but no mention of a grand jury.

Yeah, it’s ARK instead of a wimpier state, but it bothers me that in many jurisdictions, a citizen would have to climb a wall of doubt to prove it was justified self defense.

also, a cop gets a pass on stuff like this. citizen will be charged when a cop gets let off.

Grand juries are used only if a prosecutor believes a crime has been committed. You may be thinking of a coroner’s jury.
