Any day now, the U.S. Department of Labor, under former Big Labor treasurer and now Obamas current Secretary of Labor Hilda Solis, intends to announce a new definition for the term Employer that will protect her union boss friends. When the Labor Management Reporting and Disclosure Act (LMRDA) passed, Congress defined the term Employer very broadly as any employer or any group or association of employers engaged in an industry affecting commerce

The first two years of the next administration could be devoted to simply scrubbing the regulatory abuse of the current administration.
In the meantime, it would sure be a good idea for the GOP House committees to tie these people up in their own underwear.
I guess if it’s ok for the unions, that makes it ok for the other employers too.
