I don't know the details of each Tea Party Express rally along the tour. I would suggest checking the stop schedule for your state as the time draws near to see what details are provided. They would most likely list any special speakers a day or two before if they are confirmed. I certainly understand not wanting to take a day from work unless you might see a candidate or speaker you haven't before. Especially in these hard times.
