Excellent advice for so many on here.

The purists will spend their lives wondering why they are never satisfied and will vent their spleen on those who understand the whole concept.

There are some acceptable candidates in the field and there are at least a couple who are automtically disqualified by conservatives.

But not a single one of 'em is perfect.

And there are some who just won't see that.
