New guy here but long time Palin fan. I really want her to run. 15 months is a long time and people can and will change their minds about her as to her electability. 1 thing I’m sure of, nothing BO’s attack machine throws at her will go unchallenged.

Oh, you can count on stinging rebukes by Team Palin. She has been "out there" for a handful of years now and the left has continually come up empty after some vicious attacks. This election will be straight up slander and lies unlike anything we have seen.

I hope it comes down to high poll numbers for Palin and a stern message from her to the media: "The more you lie about me, the less access you and your affiliated networks will have to the White House when I am sworn in."

The State Run media did everything to destroy her and she is still standing. All those wild goose chases and false charges she had to withstand and defend make her my choice, but I don't think she can be elected with the unfair treatment my the media. Lots of Palin doubters and detractors think of her as just some ‘nice lady from Alaska that quit her job” without accounting for the fact that she earned the nickname “Barracuda” in high school and fearlessly took on - and beat - the establishment in her state. She’s tough, she’s smart, she’s conservative, she’s honest. That’s a winning combo.

And as for anyone harping on the “she quit” thing, STFU! She did the smart thing for her state by handing the reins of power to her Lt. Governor to defuse (or is it diffuse?) a bad situation put in place by the Alaska ethics rules. It’s got absolutely no bearing on how she’ll perform on the national and international stage.

And to you, TR, welcome aboard. I hope you like it here.
