These people have to be defeated big time in 2012. This is a total mockery of our historical legal process. Illegals can't be coddled anymore, and this has to stop.

Don`t worry, the GOP/RINO party will get right on that, umm, after a nice long vacation. They`ll make sure Obummer can`t lesgislate from the executive by defunding his program and passing specific laws disallowing Obummer to continue his unconstitutional activities.

Yup, bank on it/sarc off

Florida news effect...Haiti?

Lake, I know you’re right. But Hussein has proven himself to be a mocker of the law. He merely has to issue an executive order and his fellators in the media and the bureaucracy will rush to REGISTER these illegal voters to vote, with a free Barack Obama campaign button.

I believe he’d do it—if the Republicans and the media allow his lawlessness to continue, what will stop him?

He’s working on destroying our country “under the radar”.

This is a total mockery of our historical legal process.

As egregious as the impact of this on immigration policy may be, the underlying principle should chill every American to the bone. The assumption that, by executive fiat, a president can simply make his own law especially in an area that is clearly under Congress' purview, is nothing short of dictatorial.

Having tasted that sort of power, we have to ask a couple of additional questions:

1. What else will Obama and his minions seek to implement in this fashion? 2. What will they do to hold on to their power when it is time to pass the baton?

Didn’t Clinton/Gore do the same thing for votes that took them over the top? I do recall this strategery in the past...

Have any of our GOP presidential contenders said anything in response?
I have not heard a thing.

Well, technically people like us were looking; it’s just that Bambi and DHS and the DOJ don’t give a $hit. They do what they want and say, “Stop us if you can.”

He didn’t pass it. He ordered the executive branch to implement it without Congress and a bill.

He is dictator, not a president.

This order is patently un-Constitutional as Congress is authorized to regulate immigration, not the White House.

Does anyone know if ICE agents take an oath to uphold the law? Just wondering if we can at least hold their feet to the fire?

If the mexicans buy into this stuff and vote heavily for nobama, it will be abundantly clear who the second group is to be put down or put out.

it’s always the dark of night over a weekend that we are forced to live with this failed administration. Force and sneekery is all they know. It will take time to undo what this nightmare half and half has done.

This is clearly illegal and unconstitutional, why aren’t the Republicans pressing charges? Where has our collective courage gone or are the Congressional enablers too afraid to do their sworn duty and start impeachment proceedings? This conduct is outrageous and dangerous and somebody in D.C. better stand up and stop this communist from breaking the law! Arrest Napolitano, Obama and anyone else connected to this ring of criminals.

With this blue states will self destruct and we can expect increasing Blue State to Red State migration of productive people. New York, with net negative population growth already and productive young people leaving in droves, can now expect an influx of criminal aliens. Democrats will turn entire states into slums, it’s how they rule in perpetuity. “Blight is Might!” It may well now be irreversible.

This will effectively turn progressive blue states into super havens, criminal havens of illegal aliens, as these progressive states will not report illegal immigrant’s criminal history (See story excerpt below):

“New York pulls out of federal immigration program”
June 1, 2011

New York (CNN) — New York is pulling out of a controversial federal program aimed at catching and deporting illegal immigrants with criminal histories, the state’s governor said Wednesday.

Gov. Andrew Cuomo said he is suspending the state’s participation in the program because of concerns about “its impact on families, immigrant communities and law enforcement in New York.”

My guess is that he did this with the tacit approval of the GOP Establishment. Congress has the power to force the issue, but will they? I suspect he knows they won’t at all. A couple of rogue congressmen will squawk here and there, but that’ll be the extent of it.

This is the big issue that the GOP is even more dreadful on than spending and big government. This will assure the perpetual votes for a big, sclerotic, affirmative-action-driven federal government. It will guarantee the continued and hastened decline of the US.

I would love to see a Sheriff Joe “Posse” assigned to arrest all the illegals that ICE releases, rather than deports.

Put them all back in the outdoor jail. If the criminals want to go back to their native Country, they can leave the same way they got in, by walking across the boarder under supervision of the posse.
