I also noticed it has the Presidential coat of arms (the eagle with the shield). My understanding is it should only be used in relation to the President.

I also noticed it has the Presidential coat of arms (the eagle with the shield). My understanding is it should only be used in relation to the President. Fine with me. I think the people silently chose her as the real president of this country some time around January 2009. I know I did.
