Today on his radio show, [Glenn] Beck let loose with a torrent of anger and frustration at an issue he described as having been going on for a few weeks now. Before he began, Beck said he would post what he was going to say online, thus forever disproving anyone who thought he was a “shill” for the Republican Party.
Considering the amount of venom he then let out towards the GOP establishment, he can consider his point made.
It all started with a conversation with Rep. Joe Walsh who described sadly the fact that House Speaker Boehner’s office had denied his and other congressmen’s requests to attend Beck Israel rally in an official capacity as a fact-finding mission. Beck maintained his composure during the call with Walsh, offering the Illinois Congressman a free GBTV membership to watch from there. However, you could hear just how frustrated he was with the whole situation as he wondered allowed if Boehner wasn’t just punishing Tea Party Republicans for not voting for his debt plan.
Then, once Walsh was off the line, Beck really got into it:
“Speaker Boehner, you should be ashamed of yourself. The Republican Party should be ashamed of themselves. They don’t have to attend my event. Let them come to our biggest ally and our only friend in the Middle East in their hour of need. They don’t have to attend my event! In fact, I’ll ban them. Does that make you happy? Let Congress come here! You should be ashamed of yourself for playing politics. That’s what it is, Boehner, and you know it. The Republican Party sickens me.”

Wow - I was a regular watcher (of both GB and BOR), but I never heard him say that! Where and when did he say this? So there was a threat against his family by the Administration? Details, please.
And now that he’s not constrained by Fox, why hasn’t he gone (more) public with this, or at least to someone reliable who’d pursue it, like a Breitbart or similar?
When you said he said it on air, did you mean his radio show? I rarely get to catch that.
Joe Liebermann committed to going months ago, Herman Cain’s going, Bachmann, maybe Palin? and I know a performer or two are as well, but I’d love to see the complete list of all those who’ll be there.

I don’t think we really want foreign governments sending their elected officials over here to appear in rallies as ‘fact-finding missions’, so I’ve no problem with Boehner putting a drag on his reps politicking in Israel.
My comment still stands. They can go as private citizens, not under any official saction of the government.
This is a privately-organized rally in a foreign nation.

Glenn Beck’s Family Was Threatened
Well, yesterday Glenn Beck did say that he would cover the Forced Vaccination issue today. So, we all tuned in to find that he did not speak of it. HOWEVER, he did say that there was a story that he wanted to share, but couldn’t because his family was threatened.
WHAT is this happening to this country?

Otherwise, yes, these statements about what happened with ‘friendly visits’ were made on Beck’s radio show periodically over the last 2 weeks.
I find her totally unwatchable...she reminds me of a Stepford Wife. Talk about being programmed with the New Tone.
The thing is, Dana is really not too bright. The people around her know she is a snot. I love it when Stu Varney lets her have it.
