This is commonly called a "comfort bike". They are designed so the rider sits upright instead of in a crouch like a racer. It has a softer, wider seat and front suspension to absorb bumps. They are generally marketed to the over 50 crowd who want an easy to ride bike.

The top tube runs down at an angle and connects to the seat tube on these bikes instead of running straight across and parallel to the ground. This keeps the rider sitting upright. Check out his daughter's bike. That's a girls bike and difference is obvious.

This one looks like it was manufactured by Giant Bicycles of Newbury Park, CA. It's an aluminum frame, 21 speed bike... a pretty nice machine for riding bike paths and the like.

You guys need to criticize Odumbo about his stupidity, his racism, his anti-Americanism, etc.

Giant is Taiwanese. It has a U.S. sales headquarters, but it’s not an American bicycle out of California. I’m sensitive on this issue. You’ll find “Handmade in the USA” on my bikes. Not only American made, but made by hand, by craftsmen instead of Japanese robots.

IMHO, between the two of you, you've got it completely right. It's a perfectly fine men's comfort bike; that's too small for Obama, and that isn't set up right for him.

W's a few years older than The Yuan's and W doesn't need no wimpy comfort bike. If he needs to ride a comfort bike when he's in the physical shape he's in, it only confirms that he's as weak physically as he is politically. Here's a picture of W's high end MTB compared to the Yuan's wimpmobile.
