She is not running. Rick Perry’s announcement sealed it. Palin and Perry had an understanding that they wouldn’t run against each other.

I have no problem with her waiting a while longer, but for me personally mid September is the drop dead date for her entering.

I don’t know what the drop dead date is but there are some FEC regs, etc that have to be met I believe.

However we are only just over 5 months away from the actual voting to begin. So time is becoming short for anything more than an I’m in type race.
