August 31 “Castle Doctrine” goes into effect in Pennsylvania. Hope someone with a CCW permit blows some of those SOB’s to hell .
That’s some good news. Here in NYS we still have a duty-to-retreat.
1. It only applies in the home.
2. Philadelphia has exempted itself from CCW.
Curious as to why these attacks are happening most in non CCW cities and states.

Would it be legal for a bystander to start shooting the attackers? How about if it was in Ohio?
