Philadelphia – A new video has surfaced showing a group of teen girls attacking a worker outside City Hall in Philadelphia, myfoxphilly.com reports.
The video, shot in May, shows a woman being attacked in broad daylight. The video shows the woman walking outside City Hall when a pack of teenage girls appears from behind her and slams her into the ground, hitting her repeatedly.

For those that don't remember or were too young, Back in the 1980's Bernard Getz was the New Yorker who four "urban youths" made the mistake of trying to rob. He promptly unloaded a .38 caliber revolver into them. Saying to one of the robbers as he fired the last bullet, "You don't look so bad here's another."
He was acquitted of all the major charges against him, including attempted murder and first-degree assault. The only thing he was convicted of was possessing an unliscensed firearm, he went on to become a minor celebrity.
When a non-black person defends themselves/families with firepower, that's then the gun control laws already written up for this purpose get trotted out. It's a slow burn Reichstaag fire.
2. Philadelphia has exempted itself from CCW.
Does not surprise me at all about Philadelphia. Since the Don Adams incident I have considered Philly to be thug rule.
Philly illegally exempted itself from CCW. You can legally conceal carry in Philly because ONLY the state government can legislate gun laws. You CAN’T Open Carry in Philly because it is considered a Class 1 population center -( 1 million + )
Pennsylvania Castle Doctrine applies to the street as well as the home and there is no legal recourse for the criminal to sue for damages.
I was working in NYC at the time it happened. I have been mistaken a number of times for Bernie Goetz. Among average people there he had a lot of support.
If you could imagine if Bernhard Goetz had a brother that looked like someone who played running back or defensive end, that describes me at the time.
I see so many of us believe that a true race war is coming, but it may also morph into a war between the have-nots and the haves.
Dividing the country by ranting against the rich not paying their fair share is a dangerous game when they pay the majority of taxes and the many pay no taxes at all.
Side note: This happened outside City Hall, for God’s sake. If Philadelphia can’t control the streets outside of its city’s seat of government, then government is not a proper word to describe the situation.

After decades of this one-sided, government-fomented racist bullsh!t, whites have really yet to return any meaningful fire.
Yeah, the more I have been pondering it, and I know it sounds a bit out there, but if these attacks are being promoted to the point where someone does defend themselves with a firearm, and that becomes a focal point for sweeping anti-gun legislation against CCW or gun ownership in general...well, that could make things rather “incendiary”.
I am not given to conspiracy theories but on this issue...
Yes - race war is all they've got left to play with. They realize that they're going to get their closkc cleaned in 2010 if they try to run on their record. Especially if they try to run on their record. They need something else:

You know how the Euros think we are crazy gunslingers... I was having a conversation last weekend with a Brit. about the riots and looting going on in the UK, the conversation
turned to the states and then he brought up guns in the states and how no one should have them (perfect timing ;)) I mentioned to him that all of the riots and lootings are happening in non-CCW states and explained that in the CCW
states, people would think twice about mugging or looting because no one knows WHO is carrying.. he was
shocked for a minute.. thought about it.. then he said, "Ah, now I understand... maybe we need something like that in the UK.." .. well DUH >.<
It is impossible to integrate blacks into the American economy.
The average black IQ in America is 85, that is a full standard deviation below the white or asian IQ. 50 years of head start and heroic efforts on the part of educators and sociologists have been unable to change this one bit. IQ is genetic and there is no way that blacks can ever perform at a sufficiently high intellectual level to attain quality jobs in a modern economy.
Still, this is better than the average IQ of Sub-Saharan African blacks, which is 70.
Their only recourse is to destroy, rob or steal. Like the Visigoths who were allowed to live in Rome, but did not enjoy the same high standard of living as the Romans. They became jealous of the Romans and brought down the empire - after first sacking Rome.
Blacks blame whites for their lack of achievement, while the simple, documented and proven fact is that they are intellectually deficient and there is nothing that can be done to fix this defect, ever.
Furthermore, there is some substantial evidence that standard IQ tests are insufficient to measure the true intelligence of minorities, because A) the culture of minorities often disparage the studies required to succeed on those tests, and B) the tests are not written with minority culture (and subsequent learning concentrations) in mind.
I don't necessarily buy your first premise, that there is a race-based difference in raw intelligence, and I DEFINITELY reject your second premise, that intelligence is required to integrate.
That has been proven to be false, and even when you think about it, East Asians who ARE NOT from our culture nor necessarily speak English as a first language consistently score higher than blacks - so how could culture possibly be an issue for American blacks attending the same schools?

An IQ of 85 would greatly impede your ability to perform in an information economy. The work you would best qualify for often would involve the use of hand tools or simple machinery, and certainly not have much to do with programming, quantitative analysis or higher paying information oriented work.
We consistently see despairingly low school performance on the part of blacks despite such artifices as "Head Start", "Race Norming", "Affirmative Action" , etc.
