In the places where I used to post, it was considered very bad form to not create a personal profile.I have never heard of that before. I would have suspected many create false images of their lives there anyway in order to troll and disrupt, so I know I would personally never have taken any profile at face value anyway. However, I'll consider the idea that some may think it is impolite. Thanks for giving me that info.
