IIRC, the Aussie government tried that feel-good 'green homes' insulation scheme a few years back, and some of the results of the program were dozens of homes lighting off like Roman candles due to substandard materials, several resultant deaths because of it, and a whole lot of contractor fraud. Just more proof that the global warming racket knows no borders or ethics.

Obama tried to force the nation to turn to the new 'green' products that (somehow) his 'Chicago buddies' were professing to sell. Not that they had these products, but they wanted the funding. Then, they funnel some of it back to the DNC (obama in this case) to ensure he stays in office so they can get more funding.
