The Votes tab numbers don't add up to 100. I maybe misreading it after checking Bachmann which is listed at 19 "with us" and nothing "against us" or "not scored."
If the 75, 6 & 16 Ron Paul numbers are individual votes scored by NRLC, 75 of 97 (75+6+16) is 77%. It's still clear Ron Paul is not rated 56% by NRLC.
The 19 of 19 would rate Bachmann 100%.
