WASHINGTON (AP) A federal judge is ruling against the Secret Service, saying records of visitors to the White House are subject to Freedom of Information Act requests. The Secret Service had argued that the visitors' logs were presidential records exempt from public disclosure. But U.S. District Judge Beryl Howell on Wednesday disagreed. Howell sided with government watchdog group Judicial Watch, which had sued for records from the first eight months of the Obama administration. Howell said the Secret Service must disclose the records, except individual entries that fall under exemptions like for national security. In September 2009, President Barack Obama began voluntarily releasing the names of people who visit the executive complex, reversing a long-standing policy that transcended both Democratic and Republican presidents. The lawsuit covered the records before the policy change.

Of course, hussein will refuse to release them just as he does with any court ruling he disagrees with. The WON makes up his own rule of law.
This could be good. Or they could claim that all the controversial visitors are secret. Interesting.

Judge Beryl Howell is an OBAMA nominee.
Some interesting related stories they have about the logs over at biggovernment.com:
http://biggovernment.com/tag/white-house-visitor-logs/
According to one:
“The [White House visitor] logs are
incomplete for thousands of
visitors to the White House, including lobbyists, government employees, campaign donors, policy experts, and friends of the first family, according to an investigation by the Center for Public Integrity.
...
the logs routinely omit or cloud key details about the identity of visitors, who they met with, the nature of the visit, and even includes the names of people who never showed up.”
So, even with this ruling, we’re probably only going to see what they want us to see. If they forget to delete a name, they’ll just claim it is a different person with the same name, like they did with the Black Panther Malik Shabazz and Jeremiah “Jerry” Wright.
He has resurfaced in the UN ICG org. Time to purge globalist Clintonites from authority, power and advisory positions.
My thoughts, too.
