Can we guess a running mate?

I'll start....Rubio...but the question of citizenship comes up. So, I'm still thinking.

I thought that had already been settled, or no?

Rubio was born in Miami. You really think the Supreme Court would swear in Barack Obama but not Marco Rubio?

Precedent, whether one agrees with it or not, has already been set. Rubio's got no worries, and it would be beyond comedy for the DNC to complain.

I'm thinking Paul Ryan. He's led the fight in the budget debate.

Kasich would deliver Ohio. Perry can likely get Florida on his own. Get both and your looking pretty good.

Yeah. I want Rubio, too. Rubio seems to think he can win. You know, aside from all the other Obama citizenship stuff, even if he WAS born in Hawaii, he’s not a “natural born citizen” because his mother had to be an American five years after her 16th birthday before he was born — since his father was a foreigner. A lot to soak in, but we have precedent for birth in American = enough for “natural born” status. Perry/Rubio 2012!

Perry/Rubio?

Sounds like a recipe for amnesty and open boards.

the question of citizenship comes up.

Once you get outside of Free Republic, Michael Savage's audience, and the editorial staff of World Net Daily, that question is a non starter.

And those three groups are not enough to swing any election anywhere.

It will be Perry/Romney. With Perry you carry all of the south and most of the interior west. With Romney you split the NE and other blue states with Obama.

It would be a 35 to 40 state beat down.
