President Barack Obama told an audience on the first stop of his bus tour that his original deficit reduction plan could have solved the nations debt problem tomorrow but House Speaker John Boehner walked away from the deal.
The fact of the matter is that solving our debt and deficit problems simply requires all of us to share in a little bit of sacrifice, all of us to be willing to do a little bit more to get this country back on track and thats not too much to ask, Obama told a crowd in Cannon Falls, Minnesota on Monday.

I'm surprised our side (those already in Congress not running for President) is not out there giving out rebuttals.
John Boehner is so weak.

Is this the brilliant plan that the Senate voted down 97-0?
Obama is such a predictable bore these days ... also, why isn't this sort of rhetoric while traveling outside of DC considered a campaign event?

His original deal: a “clean” rise of the debt ceiling. Such a deal!

At this point it seems pretty safe to say that Obama is a pathological liar -- he truly believes his own lies, all physical evidence to the contrary. He really does. Borderline and narcissistic.
We've seen this before (e.g.: Al Gore and his "global warming' religion), but it's a disturbing pattern when such mental cases keep finding their way to the highest offices in the land.

Whatever deal a collectivist has in mind involves a form of painful unwelcome assault on the citizen’s backside.

The fact that Boehner and McConnell haven’t been heard from since their celebration dance tells us everything we need to know. If Boehner was a leader, he would have come out immediately after the deal, and would lay out why the deal falls short of our needs, and why things will never improve with a Democrat Senate and WH.

Ok. Er... uh... Well maybe it wasn't exactly my plan, it was TOTUS's. Well not exactly a plan. But hey it's still Boehner's fault for walking away.

We’re already sharing in sacrifice, you big idiot! You and Carter want us all to suffer and sacrifice and live miserably as all good little communist workers should.
Up yours, pal. America is (or was until fundamentally changed) the land of opportunity!!
Rebellion is brewing!!
It’s the spending, stupid!!
