This is not a court of law.
My description of the crime in its palpable intent and result was highly apropos.
It’s a criminal matter so legal terms should at least be in the ballpark. If a guy punches another guy in the nose, it shouldn’t be called attempted murder. Hyperbole has no place in a discussion of legal matters. Call this what it is: larceny.
