So, examining a politician's record is now employing Saul Alinsky tactics? Pardon me, but no politician is above scrutiny by the voters.

Actually, I don’t have such sinister motives. I am one of those FReepers who thinks it’s important to examine a candidate’s record instead of buying a “pig in a poke” or blindly jumping on a bandwagon.

I want to be an informed voter, don’t you? And the only way to do that is to examine the facts.

This would be unfair only if it were based on rumor and hearsay. But these are his own words and not taken out of context.
